George Sakakeeny has been my sub at school. He had already flown out here from Oberlin twice, and will visit again before my leave is up. The first time he flew out was before Leona was here, so we hung out and he gave us all sorts of advice on how to get the baby to come. Mainly, really commit to the name and the baby will finally know it's time. Hmm.... I do tend to take GS's advice, as he was my teacher and will always be my teacher.... but Bert and I were still not sure about the name until after she arrived, so we don't think he was right.
The second time he was able to meet her. George was a name I would have considered for a boy if my last name weren't KUSTER.
